This is so relatable! I struggled to get a morning routine together when I started working from home. I think getting a good night's sleep is the most important thing to start your day on the right foot, so a night routine is key. I have to start getting in bed earlier and staying off my phone. Thanks for the reminder and encouragement! I also love my morning stretching and walks in the park (that's the closest i get to exercise these days, haha). Oh, and thanks for the shoutout! :)
