Thanks for writing on this tragic event. It enrages me that this woman suffered death at the hands of an opressive government that carelessly ignored her right to life and pushed their own agenda.

However, I don't quite agree with you on the topic of abortion being the same level as this tradgedy. A woman not being allowed to walk out in the street without covering herself from head to toe (among other limitations) is no where near the same thing as a woman not having the right to an abortion (in some states).

I would *much rather* live in American society where women are significantly more free, than a country like Iran where true female opression is still happening. This incident, as horiffic as it was, made me that much more grateful that I (a woman) was born in the United States.
