Really interesting point here! I do agree.

Love how you said *temporary* reversal of power, because I think a lot of women find it romantic when a man is temporarily vulnerable or "soft" for them - hence a man getting on one knee to propose. But only if it's temporary and he can still take control again when he wants.

I also think that the affirmation of power differences is romantic in its own way. This is why so many women think its attractive when men get into fights to "defend her honor" (if that's even still a thing haha), and why women like men to "take control" physically.
