When I started writing on Medium, it certainly wasn't for the money.

In fact, I had been writing almost daily for four months before I even qualified for the Partner Program.

Over the last year and a half, it’s been a journey to find a niche and write about things that one — I wanted to write and two — that my audience enjoyed reading.

Safe to say, I found a niche in love and relationships. I enjoy writing about the perspectives I’ve gathered from social trends, my friends and family, and my own personal life.

Everybody loves a good list. They’re quick, easy, and fun to read. They give you the information you need without having to comb through jumbled paragraphs or unnecessary sentences to dance around the point.

I suspect this one was popular because of my strong stance against the phrases listed.
