As you'll soon realize (if you haven't already), the Medium community is left-leaning and conservative ideas are few and far between. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. Controversy will get people to read what you have to say. Unfortunately, you'll also get a lot of backlash. So brace yourself!

Don't take rude or hateful comments to heart. People these days are recreationally outraged. My friend, you are speaking the truth here. Thank you for being brave enough to do that on this platform, despite the swarm of people who will attack you ruthlessly for it. I've written a handful of posts that tackled controversial topics, but I have yet to write one on abortion. (If you couldn't already tell, I am also passionately pro-life...and as a woman myself this outrages people even more.)

You're a good writer. You communicate your messages effectively and eloquently. However, it is the unfortunate reality that any passionate abortion advocate will not change their mind based on your reasoning. Even if you make the best arguments in the universe, you'll still find plenty of angry people who will disagree. Again, like I said, don't let them get to you. You'll notice that very few people (if any at all) will have substantial rebuttals to anything you've shared here.
