Hi, I'm sorry that this was your experience. I do wonder, though, if attractiveness is more than just one's physical appearance. Of course, over 30+ years, a person (male or female) will not be nearly as physically attractive as they were as young people. But I suppose that there's a place for a deeper level of intellectual or emotional attraction throughout the course of married life. I will say that I have also seen marriages succeed not because of undying physical/sexual attraction, but because of attraction for who their spouse is.
